These were the last students to stay in the old Greene Apartments. Shortly after this pic was taken, it was becrunched for the Ocean Surf Club.
This old house always had a slow leak that no plumber could figure out. When we tore it down, it was revealed that several broom handles had been stuffed down the vent stack.
