Here at the beach a lot of us aren't exactly crazy about wintertime. I mean, c'mon...we live here because we love the sun, sand & surf. NOT snow, sleet & slush! It's true that our winter is milder than most places in this great country of ours, but it can still get cold enough for chilling around the fire pit with a hot coffee spiked with Bailey's.

So what helps us make it through those long winter days? Planning for Spring Break and Beach Weeks for the next season, of course!!

Weekends at the beach for your organization or group!

Come to the beach for your retreat, fall formal or just a getaway from studies. We offer groups of large townhouses or old-school beach cottages to make you feel at home. Our properties are located just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, clubs and shops and are student friendly.

We can also help with suggestions for local venues to plan your event if you like. We've been serving the student community for over 20 years and hosting Greek Organizations is one of our specialties.

Our Fall Weekends are only $65 (plus Tax) per person and we throw in the third night for free!
