This year at Myrtle Beach Tours, we're trying something a little different. Why, you may ask? Just because...we like being random!
For all Beach/Senior Weeks in 2012, all of the OCEANFRONT condos listed under our "Traditional Condos" link are the same prices as our Catalina Manor!! The Waipani condo units (with that kick-@ss pool seen in the picture) is even cheaper per person than our classic beach party house rates!!
These condos are perfect for groups of 6 or 8, with a few having 9 person units and one (The Oceans) having a 4 person unit.

Featured Party House -- The Warner House

This weeks featured Classic Beach Party House is The Warner House!
What do we mean by "Classic Beach Party House"? Well, for one thing, these houses have been around long enough to have seen A LOT of partying! If the walls could talk, they'd make every cast member of the Jersey Shore's mouth hang open in shock!

The Warner House is not fancy, but it's clean and the location is right on the money with your front door being just 200 yards to the beach! It's divided into three separate units, so you can rent one for 4, one for 6, or one for 8...or your large group can rent the whole house! The great thing about our Classic Beach Party Houses is that we ONLY rent to students from March through July, so if you rent one section, you can be worry-free, knowing your neighbors are there for a good time, too -- no bingo and shuffleboard around here! We have old people detectors installed all over!

How To Survive Winter...

Here at the beach a lot of us aren't exactly crazy about wintertime. I mean, c'mon...we live here because we love the sun, sand & surf. NOT snow, sleet & slush! It's true that our winter is milder than most places in this great country of ours, but it can still get cold enough for chilling around the fire pit with a hot coffee spiked with Bailey's.

Come to the beach for your retreat, fall formal or just a getaway from studies. We offer groups of large townhouses or old-school beach cottages to make you feel at home. Our properties are located just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, clubs and shops and are student friendly.

We can also help with suggestions for local venues to plan your event if you like. We've been serving the student community for over 20 years and hosting Greek Organizations is one of our specialties.
